  • 2 c. cooked brown rice
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. light soy milk
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. raisins

    Mix ingredients together. Jam could be used in place of honey, or on fruit if you like.
