  • 5 carrots, quartered into sticks

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon basil, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon black olives, sliced
