- 1 1/2 cups sweet red Passover wine
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
Directions

1Put the dates in a pan with the wine and seasonings and simmer until the mixture resembles a soft paste, about 30 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
