- 1 1/4 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic to taste
- parsley to taste
- oregano to taste
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella
- 1/2 pkg. kielbasa, sliced, then quartered
Directions

1Boil elbows until tender.

2Mix sauce and spices.

3Put a little sauce in the bottom of a large, rectangular casserole.

4Add a layer of elbows, kielbasa, then Mozzarella and sauce.

5Continue until casserole is filled.

6Top with sprinkled Mozzarella.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
