- 5 egg whites
Directions

1Soak prunes overnight and then stew until tender.

2Remove stones and beat the prunes to a smooth pulp.

3Make a meringue with egg whites and sugar.

4Beat prunes into this mixture and pour into dish that has been well-greased.

5Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
