Ingredients
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. celery
- 3 boxes mostaccioli
- 2 cans ready made spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
- 2 large cans tomato sauce
- 1 large can mushrooms
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can V-8 juice
- 1 lb. box Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Cook slowly together until tender, hamburger, onion, green pepper and celery.

2When thoroughly done, add spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and salt and pepper.

3Cook mostaccioli according to box directions. Combine with meat mixture.

4Let stand in refrigerator overnight. The next day add V-8 juice.

5Mix. Place in a 9 x 13-inch dish.

6Lay all of cheese, sliced, on top.

7Bake at 375° until cheese is hot and bubbly and slightly brown, 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
