Ingredients

  • 2 (1 lb.) cans tomato juice
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans tomato puree
  • 1 (5 oz.) bottle soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 4 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 pkg. dry spaghetti mix
  • 5 or 6 small onions, chopped
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 lb. mostaccioli noodles

Directions

    Fry meat until brown. Drain.

    Add all other ingredients except noodles.

    Simmer 2 hours.

    Cook noodles according to package directions.

    Toss noodles with sauce and simmer 10 minutes. Serves 30.
