- 1 1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage or ground beef
- 4 c. meatless spaghetti sauce
- 1 lb. mostaccioli, cooked and drained
- 1 beaten egg
- 15 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
Directions

1In a Dutch oven, brown meat.

2Drain. Stir in sauce and pasta. Set aside.

3In a bowl, combine egg, Ricotta and Mozzarella.

4In a 9 x 13-inch pan, spread half of the pasta mixture; layer cheese mixture over all. Top with remaining pasta. Bake, covered, at 375° for 40 minutes. Top with Romano. Bake until cheese melts.
