- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. (1 lb. can) tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. mostaccioli pasta, cooked
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions

1Brown meat, pepper and onion.

2Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, water, salt and pepper.

3In a 2-quart casserole, layer half of the noodles, half of meat sauce and half of the Velveeta.

4Repeat layers.

5Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
