- 1 pound Mostaccioli Noodles
- 1 whole Onion, Chopped
- 1 whole Green Pepper, Chopped
- 1 whole Cucumber, Seeded And Chopped
- 3 cups Vinegar
- 3 cups Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 4 Tablespoons Yellow Mustard
- 1 bag (16 Oz. Bag) Frozen Sliced Carrots
Directions

1Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and place in a large bowl with the onion, green pepper, and cucumber. Set aside.

2In a large saucepan, combine the vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and yellow mustard. Whisk the mixture occasionally and bring to a boil. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the frozen carrots. Allow the mixture to cool and pour over the pasta and vegetables. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
