- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. persimmon pulp
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. cloves (ground)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine all dry ingredients, persimmon pulp and eggs.

2Mix with electric mixer; stir in melted butter and add vanilla.

3Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

4Bake at 350° for about 35 to 40 minutes.
