- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 24 large marshmallows
- 1 large bag coconut
- 1 box or can chocolate frosting
Directions

1Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Bake in 13 x 9-inch cake pan. Mix sugar, milk and marshmallows; cook until marshmallows melt, then add coconut. Spread over cake while cake is still warm. Spread frosting over top of coconut mixture. Refrigerate.
