  • 1 pkg. dark chocolate cake mix
  • 1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 can cream of coconut
  • 1 (13 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 can coconut

Directions

    Combine cake mix and pudding.

    Add eggs, oil and water.

    Mix together and beat well.

    Bake as directed on package in well-greased pan.

    Remove from oven.

    Cool in pan.

    After cooling, make holes in cake (handle of wooden spoon may be used).

    Mix condensed milk and cream of coconut and pour over cake.

    Spread with Cool Whip and sprinkle can of coconut over top.

    Refrigerate.
