Ingredients

  • 2 boxes powdered sugar (white)
  • 7 oz. coconut
  • 1/4 lb. melted oleo (1 stick)
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. Eagle Brand milk
  • 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 oz. paraffin

Directions

    With hands, mix sugar, coconut, vanilla, oleo and Eagle Brand milk.

    Roll into balls; let freeze.

    Melt chocolate in a double boiler.

    Melt paraffin and pour into chocolate.

    Dip balls into chocolate mixture and put on waxed paper to cool.
