Beef with Broccoli

  • 1 pound Boneless Beef Steak
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 can Campbells Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce (more To Taste)
  • 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 3 cups Fresh Or Frozen Broccoli Florets
  • 1 whole Carrot, Chopped Or Grated
  • 4 cups Cooked White Rice

Directions

    Cut beef into bite size piece.

    Heat oil in skillet.

    Add beef and stir-fry until browned and juices evaporate.

    You may choose to spoon out some of the excess oil after meat is browned.

    Add soup, soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic powder.

    Heat to a boil.

    Add broccoli and carrots cook until tender-crisp.

    (If you use frozen broccoli, cook in microwave according to directions and toss in with grated carrots ) Serve over rice.
