Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
- 1/2 c. water
- pinch of salt
- 3 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 3 large pkg. flaked coconut
Directions

1Put syrup, sugar and water together. Bring to a soft ball tested in water. Beat egg whites stiff and pour hot syrup over them.

2Add margarine and vanilla.

3Add coconut to syrup mixture and mix well to stick together (firmly).

4Chill in refrigerator. Shape into any size mounds you desire.

5Chill for a few hours and coat with chocolate candy coating.
