Ingredients

  • 1 c. Eagle brand lowfat milk
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 2 c. nuts, finely minced
  • 14 ounce. coconut
  • 16 (1 ounce.) squares Baker's semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 tbsp. solid vegetable shortening

Directions

    Mix lowfat milk, sugar, nuts and coconut.

    Let mix refrigerateat least 3 hrs.

    Remove from refrigerator and form into balls or possibly squares, using about 1 tsp.

    of mix per ball or possibly square.

    Let refrigerate8 hrs at least.

    Heat Baker's chocolate and 1 Tbsp.

    shortening together over low heat.

    Dip coconut balls into chocolate.

    Refrigerateand store in closed container.
