- 1 c. Eagle brand lowfat milk
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 2 c. nuts, finely minced
- 14 ounce. coconut
- 16 (1 ounce.) squares Baker's semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 tbsp. solid vegetable shortening
Directions

1Mix lowfat milk, sugar, nuts and coconut.

2Let mix refrigerateat least 3 hrs.

3Remove from refrigerator and form into balls or possibly squares, using about 1 tsp.

4of mix per ball or possibly square.

5Let refrigerate8 hrs at least.

6Heat Baker's chocolate and 1 Tbsp.

7shortening together over low heat.

8Dip coconut balls into chocolate.

9Refrigerateand store in closed container.
