  • 1 box orange cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
  • 1 (3.4 oz.) coconut instant pudding mix
  • 1 (12 oz.) can Mountain Dew
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
  • 5 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 2 c. coconut

Directions

    Beat eggs; mix in oil. Combine cake mix, gelatin and pudding mix. Add to egg mixture alternately with Mountain Dew, beginning and ending with dry mixes.

    Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.
