  • 2 pounds Sausage
  • 2 pounds Shredded Frozen Hash Browns
  • 8 whole Eggs
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

    Crumble and brown sausage, remove from skillet and blot grease with paper towels. Brown hash browns in sausage drippings left in the skillet. When they're brown, spread them evenly in the skillet. Spread sausage over the potatoes. Pour beaten eggs evenly over the sausage, and top with cheese. Cover and cook until eggs are done.
