- 5 Tbsp. hot coffee
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 tsp. rum
Directions

1Into blender, put chocolate chips and hot coffee.

2Cover and blend on high speed until smooth.

3Add egg yolks and rum.

4Cover and blend on high for 5 seconds.

5Beat egg whites in a large bowl until stiff.

6Fold chocolate mixture into egg whites.

7Spoon into 8 parfait glasses and chill for 1 hour.
