  • 1 pkg. vanilla pudding (instant)
  • 3/4 c. cool lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. pumpkin, canned
  • 3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 1/2 c. Cold Whip
  • 1 pie crust

Directions

    Mix vanilla pudding and 3/4 c. lowfat milk and blend in pumpkin and spice.

    Add in 2 c. Cold Whip.

    Pour into pie crust.

    Refrigerate4 hrs.

    Then spread remaining Cold Whip.

    Sprinkle nuts on top.
