  • 1 (15 oz.) can Contadina stewed tomatoes with onions, celery and green peppers
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red kidney beans, undrained
  • 2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar Twin
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • grated cheese (optional)
  • chopped onion (optional)

Directions

    In medium saucepan, combine first 5 ingredients.

    Simmer over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes.

    Garnish with grated cheese and onions if desired.
