  • 15 ounce can White Kidney Beans (Cannellini), drained and rinsed
  • 15 ounce can Lima Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 15 ounce can Butter Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 4 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 1 large White Onion, diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Zest
  • 3 Tablespoons Cider Vinegar

Directions

    In a pot, saute onions in olive oil with bay leaf until tender. Remove bay leaf, add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
