- 1 lb. shrimp
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. fish stock
- 1 1/2 c. green pepper
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. chopped green onions
- 1 c. white wine
- 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 2 to 4 cloves garlic
Directions

1Make a roux with butter and flour; add fish stock and wine. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.

2Add rest of seasoning.

3Cook for 20 minutes.

4Serve as soup or serve with rice.
