Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 c. coarsely crushed cream filled chocolate sandwich cookies (12 cookies)
  • 1 (9-inch) chocolate crumb crust
  • chocolate fudge ice cream topping or chocolate flavored syrup
  • chopped nuts

Directions

    In a large mixer bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks and vanilla until well blended. Fold in cookies and whipped cream. Pour into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan or other 2-quart container. Cover and freeze 6 hours or until firm.

    Scoop ice into prepared crust. Drizzle with topping.

    Garnish with nuts. Return leftovers to freezer.
