- 1 stick oleo
- 1/4 c. nuts
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1/2 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
- 1 large pkg. chocolate instant pudding
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Press in 9 x 13-inch pan the first 3 ingredients.

2Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until light brown.

3Mix together next 3 ingredients. Put on top of crust after crust is cool.

4Mix pudding.

5Pour on top of 2nd crust.

6Then top with the rest of Cool Whip.

7Put nuts on top.

8Refrigerate.
