Ingredients

  • 9 c. Chex cereal (any flavor)
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Directions

    Melt butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips.

    When smooth, stir in vanilla.

    Place cereal in large Ziploc bag.

    Pour chocolate mixture over cereal; seal bag and shake until all cereal is covered.

    Add powdered sugar and shake again until covered. Spread on waxed paper until cool.

    Store in tightly covered container.

    Enjoy.
