- 2 cups large flaked oatmeal
- 34 cup oat bran
- 34 cup sliced almonds or 34 cup slivered almonds
- 12 cup shelled unsalted sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 12-2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions

1Place all ingredients in a large ziplock bag.

2Crush with a rolling pin into coarse crumbs, no need to be to fussy here.

3Shake to blend: store in bag or other airtight container at room temperature.

4To serve: at night place 1/3 cup mixture with 1/3 cup milk (I use skim) in frig.

5At this point, I also add 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, too.

6Read on and use your imagination.

7In the morning stir in 1/3 cup of preferred yogurt.

8I warm in the microwave 1 1/2 - 2 minutes before adding the yogurt.
