  • 1 15 oz. can whole kernel corn
  • 1 medium chopped tomato
  • 1/2 c. chopped red onion
  • chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 medium finely chopped jalapeno pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
