- 15 g walnuts
- 15 g almonds
- 2 tablespoons whole linseeds
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 100 g strawberries
- 3 tablespoons hemp oil
Directions

1Roughly chop the walnuts, almonds and linseeds in a coffee grinder or food processor.

2Place in a bowl, and stir in the honey.

3Add the yogurt or cheese if desired.

4Season with lemon or orange juice to taste.

5Peel and dice strawberries (or other fruit).

6Divide the mixture into two bowls, and sprinkle with the fruit.

7Drizzle with oil and serve.
