- 24 shredded wheat biscuits
- 2 cups raw sunflower seeds
- 2 cups sesame seeds, ground
- 1 12 cups raw wheat germ
- 1 cup lecithin granules
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup ground flax seeds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
Directions

1Toast the oat flakes for 5 minutes at 400F.

2Combine all ingredients in very large bowl.

3Transfer mixture into covered container and store in refrigerator or freezer.

4Serve with milk and your choice of fruit -- blueberries, strawberries, bananas.
