  • 4 cups oats, raw
  • 24 shredded wheat biscuits
  • 2 cups raw sunflower seeds
  • 2 cups sesame seeds, ground
  • 1 12 cups raw wheat germ
  • 1 cup lecithin granules
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup ground flax seeds
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds

Directions

    Toast the oat flakes for 5 minutes at 400F.

    Combine all ingredients in very large bowl.

    Transfer mixture into covered container and store in refrigerator or freezer.

    Serve with milk and your choice of fruit -- blueberries, strawberries, bananas.
