  • 13 cups Green Olives With Pimento Chopped
  • 13 cups Black Olives, Chopped
  • 2 whole Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoons Oregano
  • 1 dash Ground Pepper
  • 18 cups Olive Oil, More Or Less
  • 1 Tablespoon Anchovy Paste (Or Less To Taste)
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Capers
  • 1 whole Thin Pizza Dough (Use Your Favorite)
  • Olive Oil For The Dough
  • 1/4 pounds Hard Salami Sliced In Slivers
  • 1/4 pounds Ham Sliced In Slivers
  • 1/4 pounds Provolone Sliced In Slivers
  • 10 ounces, weight Mozzarella, Sliced

    Mix olive salad ingredients thoroughly.

    Let marinate for several hours.

    Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

    I use a pizza stone.

    First, I bake the pizza for 6 minutes on the stone with only olive oil on the dough.

    Then I pull it out and add the toppings (olive salad, salami, ham, provolone, mozzarella).

    Then return the pizza to the oven for 6-10 minutes on the rack the the top of the oven, until slightly browned.
