  • 6 round ham slices

    Line muffin tins with a slice of ham about the thickness of a slice of bologna.

    Break an egg onto each ham slice.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until egg is firm.

    Remove with spatula and serve immediately.
