- 1 loaf French bread
- 14 lb mortadella or 14 lb garlic bologna
- 14 lb salami
- 14 lb sopressata or 14 lb prosciutto or 14 lb shaved ham
- 14 lb provolone cheese
- jarred giardiniera (to taste or see Giardiniera)
- olive oil
Directions

1Cut the French bread into diagonal slices, about 1/2 inch thick each.

2With the olive oil, brush the inner side of each bread slice.

3Starting on the bottom layer of the bread, layer the provolone.

4On top of the provolone layer the mortadella, salami and sopressata.

5Top with a couple of teaspoons giardiniera.

6Put another layer of cheese on the second slice of bread and close the sandwich.

7Spray a panini pan lightly with cooking spray and cook over medium-low heat, cook until golden brown and cheese is melted.

8Flip halfway though so that both sides have grill marks.

9Serve immediately.
