  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 3 whole Roasted Red Peppers
  • 3/4 cups Bread Crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 whole Small Onion, Chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Pomegranate Molasses
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Directions

    Toast the walnuts in a small skillet over medium high heat for 5 minutes just until fragrant.

    Set aside and allow them to cool for a few minutes.

    Then combine all the ingredients (including the walnuts) in a food processor and blend until smooth.

    Adjust seasoning and add salt and pepper if needed.
