- 4 cups mulberries
- 4 apples pared, cored & Sliced
- 4 cups apple juice
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons water
Directions

1Pick over berries- discard stems & bruised berries.

2Place berries & apples in pot.

3Pour in apple juice.

4Simmer 20 minutes.

5Mash.

6Strain through sieve.

7Add sugar & cinnamon.

8Mix cornstarch in water.

9Add to soup.
-
10Bring to boil.

11Remove & serve hot or chilled.

12If chilled, top with whipping cream.
