  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 20 whole cloves
  • 12 whole allspice
  • orange rind

    Put together in a cloth bag and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Remove spice bag.

    Reheat before serving. Makes 16 (8 ounce) servings.
