  • 10 whole potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 16 oz. can kernel corn, drained
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans condensed chicken rice soup

Directions

    Brown ground beef; add onion and cook until tender.

    Place sliced potatoes in casserole dish.

    Add all other ingredients. Bake covered in 350° oven until potatoes are tender, approximately 1 hour.
