  • 50 g butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder or 2 tablespoons curry paste
  • 1 small turnip, diced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 potato, diced
  • 85 g orange lentils
  • 1 liter vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Melt butter and fry onion, stir in curry.

    Add rest of veg, lentils and stock.

    Bring to boil, cover loosely reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 mins.

    until veg and lentils are perfectly tender.
