- 1/4 c. corn meal
- 1/4 c. barley flour
- 1/4 c. oat flour
- 1/4 c. buckwheat flour
- 1 c. whole wheat pastry flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. honey or molasses
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients.

2Combine wet ingredients.

3Fold quickly wet and dry ingredients just until flour is moistened. Gently mix in blueberries.

4Spoon into greased muffin tins.

5Bake at 400° for about 20 minutes.
