- 1/2 c. apple juice
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. arrowroot
Directions

1Blend fruit and juice in blender until smooth.

2Simmer for 5 minutes.

3Mix water and arrowroot until smooth and add to fruit; simmer 2 more minutes or until thick.

4Cool and serve.

5Bananas do not work well in syrup.
