- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 2 teaspoons Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cups Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cups Cornmeal, Uncooked
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 3 whole Egg Whites
- 3 Tablespoons Oil
- 1/4 cups Maple Syrup
- 1-3/4 cup Milk
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine flour, oats, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt; mix well and set aside.

2In another bowl, lightly beat egg whites until frothy but not stiff. Add oil, maple syrup, and milk; mix thoroughly. Pour egg mixture into flour mixture and mix until just combined.

3Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat or heat a griddle to 350°F. Drop batter by 2 tablespoonfuls onto skillet or griddle and cook until bubbles on the surface start to pop; flip pancakes and finish cooking, about 3 to 4 minutes total.
