Ingredients

  • 2 whole Beets
  • 2 whole Onions
  • 2 whole Carrots
  • 2 whole Cucumbers
  • 2 whole Tomatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons Dry Herbs
  • 1 bunch Fresh Herbs
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 4 Tablespoons Corn Oil
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt

Directions

    Rinse all the fresh ingredients. Peel the beets and onions. Grate all the vegetables except the tomatoes. Chop the tomatoes in any size you wish ( I personally don't like them chopped too small; I sliced them). Add all the other ingredients and toss together. It's delicious! You can almost feel how your body is filled with vitamins.
