- 2 whole Beets
- 2 whole Onions
- 2 whole Carrots
- 2 whole Cucumbers
- 2 whole Tomatoes
- 2 Tablespoons Dry Herbs
- 1 bunch Fresh Herbs
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 4 Tablespoons Corn Oil
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
Directions

1Rinse all the fresh ingredients. Peel the beets and onions. Grate all the vegetables except the tomatoes. Chop the tomatoes in any size you wish ( I personally don't like them chopped too small; I sliced them). Add all the other ingredients and toss together. It's delicious! You can almost feel how your body is filled with vitamins.
