- 1 qt. muscadines
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 uncooked pastry shell
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Directions

1Press muscadines, one at a time, to remove the pulp.

2Boil the hulls in a small amount of water for 30 minutes or until tender. Cook the pulp and sugar for 15 minutes, then mash through a sieve to remove seeds.

3Drain the hulls and add to pulp.

4Mix lemon juice, flour and salt to a smooth paste.

5Add to the pulp and hulls.

6Stir in cinnamon and pour into the uncooked shell.
