- 1 c. meal
- pinch of salt
- 3 c. boiling water
- 1/2 lb. sausage, crumbled and fried
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Mix the first 3 ingredients and add boiling water.

2Cook 5 minutes.

3In the meantime, fry sausage.

4Press out grease.

5Add brown sugar to mush along with the sausage, stirring well until blended.

6When cold, slice and fry.

7Good with syrup or eggs.
