  • 1 lb. sliced mushrooms, well drained (about 4 jars)
  • 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Saute mushrooms in butter.

    Mix flour and soup mix with sour cream (will be thick) and add to mushrooms.

    Mix well and heat through.
