  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • dash of salt
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 egg
  • 2 crackers, soaked in small amount milk
  • 1 can water
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Combine all ingredients; mix well.

    Shape into small meatballs.

    In casserole, dilute the mushroom soup and 1 can water.

    Add meatballs; cook in oven for about 1 hour at about 325° to 350°.
