Mushroom Canapes

- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 pt. sour cream
- paprika
- 1 loaf party rye bread
Directions

1Clean mushrooms; cut in small pieces.

2Saute mushrooms in butter for about 10 minutes.

3Add lemon juice, sour cream and enough paprika to tint pink.

4Mix well.

5Place 1 teaspoon of mixture on each piece of bread.

6Broil for 5 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

7Serve hot.

8Yields 40 canapes.
