- 2 egg yolks
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 20 bread rounds
Directions

1Saute mushrooms in butter 5 to 7 minutes.

2Soften cheese and add egg yolks and onion; mix well.

3Add mushrooms and juice. Spread mixture on toasted bread rounds.
