  • 16 medium large mushrooms
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 8 oz. container whipped or soft cream cheese with chives or add your own chives
  • 10 slices crisp fried bacon

Directions

    Remove stems from mushrooms and save for other use.

    Clean caps and brush outsides with melted butter.
  3. 3
    Mix rest of ingredients and mound into caps.
  4. 4
    Place onto broiling pan and broil 6 inches from heat, approximately 3 to 5 minutes until bubbling and brown.
